Formerly Code values reader privacy. We collect only the information strictly necessary to deliver our weekly newsletter and respond to direct editorial contact submissions.
What We Collect & Why
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address solely to dispatch our weekly digest. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, topic, and message to respond to your specific enquiry.
Data Retention
Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe via the link present in every email. Contact form enquiries are archived for twelve months for correspondence records and subsequently purged.
Your Rights & Removal
You may request complete removal of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@formerlycode.com. We execute all deletion requests within five business days.
